Nancy Benoit/Hustler Lawsuit Thrown Out, Lashley, J.R, & More

The lawsuit filed by Nancy Benoit's parents against Hustler Magazine over the printing of photos of Nancy when she was young has been dismissed. The Judge ruled that the photos being published fell under Freedom of the Press as her murder was "a legitimate matter of public interest and concern".
