? EyeWeekly.com has an article noting that former Saturday Night Live cast member Finesse Mitchell tried to talk Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson out of a career in professional wrestling. Mitchell was a member of the University of Miami football team with Johnson in the early 1990s. When they were both deciding on career paths, Mitchell went with stand-up comedy whereas Johnson decided on pro wrestling. Although, each tried to talk each other out of their careers. The article reported: "(Mitchell) went into comedy – against the advice of his classmate Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, who thought it was a bad career choice. Likewise, Mitchell says he tried to talk the future WWE star and all-around action figure out of his plan to go into pro wrestling."
