Why Mysterio Took Time Off, December To Dismember Note, Edge, More

? The December 2008 issue of WWE Magazine features Rey Mysterio on the cover and comes with a full size poster of Mysterio. Inside, there is an in-depth interview with Mysterio who confirms that he returned to WWE back in July and left again because he was not ready to return from his torn right biceps injury.

? WWE took a shot at the December to Dismember pay-per-view in the December issue of WWE Magazine as on their monthly calendar in the December 3rd slot it reads: "2 Years Ago Today WWE's first and only December to Dismember pay-per-view airs, leaving us with one of the all-time best PPV, um posters." For those that do not remember, it was the night after December to Dismember on December 4, 2006 that Vince McMahon removed Paul Heyman from his creative position with the ECW brand. Heyman has since disputed what happened saying that his ideas were overruled by McMahon.

? Both the Edge and Survivor Series 2008 DVDs will be released on December 23, 2008, just in time for Christmas.
