[Q1] The opening video aired and fireworks lit up the stage. Todd Grisham and Matt Striker welcomed us to the show. The Miz and John Morrison made their ring entrance in street clothes. Footage aired of Miz and Morrison defeating Shawn Michaels and Rey Mysterio last night...

They broke down their Survivor Series elimination match. They said JBL would be a good captain if he leads them to victory and not Krispy Kreme. They said MVP is making about 1.3 million dollars per victory, which is good work if you can get it. They did not want to say much about Kane.

Their opponents were next. They called Khali "the eight foot giant" and Rey Mysterio a "four foot Mexican midget." Averaged out, that is two six foot men, "which is hardly imposing." They said Cryme Tyme finished their matches before anyone and thus, were alone backstage to steal everyone's money.

They referred to team captain Shawn Michaels as "Captain High Pants." They said they want him to be the last guy standing on their team and he would be facing The Miz and John Morrison at the end of the match. They called him a stepping stone on their way to becoming the two greatest superstars in WWE history...

Grisham plugged tonight's six man tag main event... [C]

1. DJ Gabriel (with Alicia Fox) defeated Sal Rinauro in 1:40. Fox was the wedding planner involved in the Edge and Vickie Guerrero wedding storyline. The first person that came to my mind when watching Gabriel dance was Alex Wright of WCW fame. Striker even threw out Wright's name. Nice. Gabriel hit a European uppercut from the second rope for the win...

[Q2] Jack Swagger made his way through the backstage area in preparation for his upcoming match... [C]

Did you know? WWE.com has more monthly hits than UFC.com, NFL, com, Maxim.com and a couple of other sites combined. Wow, I did not know that. My day has been enriched now that I have that knowledge...

2. Jack Swagger defeated Tommy Dreamer by disqualification in an Amateur Wrestling Challenge 3:45 into the 5:00 round. The rules are those of an amateur wrestling contest, with points and/or a pinfall at the count of one. The clock is set at five minutes. Swagger scored two two point takedowns in the first minute.

Swagger continued to take Tommy down and Tommy only scored when Swagger allowed him to escape. Swagger removed his headgear. Dreamer took Swagger down. With about 100 seconds left, Swagger finally went down in the defensive referee's position. Tommy kicked him in the stomach and was disqualified...

After the match, Tommy grabbed the microphone and said, "Oops! My bad." Swagger stared Tommy down as Tommy walked to the back...

[Q3] The John Cena video from last night aired. Todd quickly plugged Chris Jericho vs. John Cena at the Survivor Series. Striker plugged tonight's main event...

The Boogeyman returns next week... [C]

Ricky Ortiz was chatting with the cheetah dress wearing Tiffany. Jack Swagger came in and asked for Teddy Long. Tiffany told him she did not see what Dreamer did to him. Swagger asked Tiffany what she was good for. Ortiz sort of stood up for her. Swagger called her "Pebbles." Ortiz said something about Swagger not having personality. Teddy Long finally entered and granted Swagger an Extreme Rules Match with Dreamer next week...

Grisham ran down the entire Survivor Series card. Striker held a classroom segment in the ring. He had Batista's and Orton's teams written down on the chalkboard. He said Batista would have to go through four people to get to Orton, but wondered what would happen if Mark Henry took out the rest of Batista's team first. He said the Thanksgiving tradition was nearly upon us...

Mark Henry and Tony Atlas came out for the main event... [C]

[Q4] 3. Mark Henry (with Tony Atlas), William Regal, and Cody Rhodes defeated Matt Hardy, Finlay (with Hornswoggle), and Kofi Kingston in 12:25. Finlay and Regal had a nice exchange early on with Striker reminding of their history. Hardy tagged in and took a shot at Henry on the apron, which prompted everyone to jump into the ring... [C]

A commercial aired for the movie "Twilight," which comes out this Friday. The Twilling may go see it by himself on Thanksgiving Day night. I have heard this is the next "Lord of the Rings." I doubt it because Twilight actually looks entertaining. It isn't hours and hours of walking around...

Back from commercial, Kingston and Rhodes were in the ring. No mention of Kofi's ECW history. Striker mentioned Regal not being accompanied by Layla but did not say why. Regal and Finlay were back in the ring together, which is fine by me. Regal dumped Finlay from the second rope to the floor.

Henry tagged in and overpowered Finlay. The heels traded tags as Finlay looked to make one himself. Regal nearly scored a pinfall but Hardy broke it up. Finlay tagged in Kofi, who hit a series of high flying moves on Cody. Henry made a blind tag. Kofi went for a high crossbody but Henry caught him and hit a left handed World's Strongest Slam for the win...
