More On Foley's New Show, Ric Flair Update, Bret Note, Batista, Rey, More

The name of the proposed Mick Foley sitcom has been officially changed from "Hey Dude!" to "Have A Nice Day!". Part of the reason for the name change was to avoid confusion with the old Nickelodeon show that shared the same name. "Have A Nice Day!" is of course the name of the first autobiography by Mick Foley, a book that was a New York Times best seller and also paved the way for more wrestling books to be published.

November 15th, 2008 was announced to be "Ric Flair Day" in the city of Norfolk, complete with a document signed by Norfolk Mayor Paul D. Fraim. Flair was in the area working an Q&A session that was set up by Vanguard Championship Wrestling, along with Seven City Productions and Highspots.com. The show saw a host of former Mid-Atlantic Stars in appearance, including: Ricky Morton of the Rock 'n Roll Express, The Barbarian, Bobby Eaton of the Midnight Express, "Raging Bull" Manny Fernandez, and "The Perfect 10" Baby Doll.

Today's blog in Jeff Wilen's JAWBreaker has a Q&A from today with Bret "The Hitman" Hart. Bret discusses his book tour, Ric Flair, his health, his future, the current WWE product, the Benoits and more. Regarding WWE, Hart was asked if he still follows them. "I try to," Bret said, "I find there's not enough wrestling nowadays. (Bret said some of his favorites are Randy Orton, Rey Mysterio, Batista and The Undertaker. He said he is amazed The Undertaker still does what he does.) I find the hardest workers today are the girl wrestlers." Bret mentioned his two Diva favorites as Melina and Gail Kim. Hart was asked about a recent online poll for Hall of Famers regarding the greatest pro wrestler of all-time poll, Bret finished 52.1 percent to Ric Flair's 47.9 percent. Regarding rating Flair, Hart said, "I'll rate Ric Flair in the top 300. I wouldn't rate him in the top 10 — he's more of a cartoon sometimes wrestling."

For those who missed it, The Insane Clown Posse is going around claiming they are going to invade WWE and ROH shows next.
