More On Gail Kim-WWE, Khali Makes-A-Wish, 'Taker Storyline Dropped
? I can now confirm the news on Gail Kim signing a contract with World Wrestling Entertainment. A few weeks ago, there were reports claiming TNA attempted to sign Kim again, but those were inaccurate. Within TNA, it's understood that Kim left the company due to their financial offer and that she had an opportunity to make more money with WWE. There are no hard feelings between Kim and the organization. As stated before, Kim was backstage at this week's Raw taping in Tampa — her home hometown — and formally introduced to the Divas roster.
? WWE.com had a photo of Undertaker vs. Big Show on the website with a caption that read, "Undertaker applying the gogoplata choke to the Big Show." While the announcers know the name of the hold as well, the company doesn't want them using that term on the air.
? In the new SmackDown vs. Raw 2009 video game, there is a storyline where Undertaker possesses men's souls and makes them his minions. The idea was once brought up in a WWE booking meeting, but Vince McMahon quickly shot it down, feeling it was too ridiculous. Only a few characters are involved in the game's story mode including Triple H, Undertaker, John Cena, CM Punk, Chris Jericho and a tag team of Rey Mysterio & Batista.
? The Great Khali did his first-ever "Make-A-Wish" appearance last week. 17-year-old name Jon Espita requested him and they met prior to the Smackdown tapings that week.
