Last Week's TNA iMPACT Rating Is In, & It's Interesting

Last week's TNA Impact drew a 1.1 rating with 1.6 million viewers. Although it's slightly down from last week's overall viewership, there is some good news for those who are fans of TNA's wrestling but not their story lines. The highest rated segment of the night went to the Booker T & Scott Steiner vs. Petey Williams & Eric Young match. The main event match between Kurt Angle and A.J. Styles drew a 1.15 rating, which was the second highest rated segment.

In addition to the Angle/A.J. main event pulling the second highest rating of the evening, it also strayed from the trend of TNA losing viewers for the latter part of the show.

Both matches were longer-than-usual for an episode of Impact, and may indicate that fans want to see more actual wrestling on the show.
