As announced on commentary during last night's edition of Friday Night SmackDown, WWE Intercontinental Champion John Bradshaw Layfield will be defending his title against Rey Mysterio at WrestleMania XXV in Houston. This will be Mysterio's first match at WrestleMania in three years.
