He used his back surgery for leverage, saying that he won't be able to make any money for a while. This certainly suggests that he doesn't have a deal with Vince McMahon for WrestleMania. A hearing is scheduled for Thursday.

– Steve Austin was originally scheduled to appear at next week's Monday Night RAW in San Antonio, but it sounds like those plans may have been scrapped. Next Monday's date is 3/16.
