WWE Business Way Down, WWE/TNA Ratings & Attendance Figs
Here is a breakdown for the latest WWE and TNA television ratings courtesy of The Wrestling Observer and Figure Four Weekly Newsletters:
TNA iMPACT! on 3/5 drew a final 1.3 cable rating (or a 1.32) with 1.9 million viewers. Although this was only slightly below the record rating from two weeks ago, it was still their largest audience in company history. Quarter hours were: 1.27, 1.29, 1.24, 1.30, 1.36, 1.40, 1.30 and 1.39.
ECW on Sci Fi in 3/3 drew a final 1.4 cable rating with 1.8 million viewers.
WWE Monday Night Raw on 3/2 drew a final 3.8 cable rating (or a 3.82). The first hour did a 3.64, while the second hour drew a 3.99. The second hour drew 5.7 million viewers.
WWE Friday Night Smackdown on 2/27 drew a final 2.3 broadcast rating with 3.9 million viewers setting a new viewership record for MyNetworkTV.

3/6 in Albany, GA (Raw/ECW): sellout of 6,000 fans.
3/7 in Tallahassee, FL (Raw/ECW): no word on attendance.
3/7 in Augusta, GA (Smackdown): 5,000 fans.
3/8 in Savannah, GA (Raw/ECW): 5,500 fans.
3/8 in Columbia, SC (Smackdown): 5,000 fans.
Although February appears to have been much stronger, January was described overall as a bad month for WWE's house show business reports The Wrestling Observer Newsletter. WWE.com in January was up to 14.3 million visitors, which was a significant increase over prior months which coincided with an increase in TV ratings. Merchandise orders for WWEShop.com were at 516 per day, although this was down 31% from the same period last year. The company shipped 331,000 DVD units, which was down 15% from the same period last year.
