? In regards to the "World X Cup" returning to TNA this year, not much has been talked about. The company brought the tournament back last year with the finals culminating at the Victory Road PPV in July 2008. The process of getting all the teams has been described as a major headache because it requires working with international groups and communication is said to be a big frustration. There was said to be some kind of an agreement last year between TNA and CMLL where CMLL would host the entire tournament to be later aired on Impact to give it a different look. However, CMLL did not use any TNA talent on its PPV recently and nothing is known regarding the relationship between the two companies right now. One thought is that TNA's style would be better suited in AAA, but with Konnan there it would appear that would kill any chances of a relationship getting worked out.
? Despite plans being off and on for the last few weeks, Brutus Magnus is a Dixie Carter project and the directive at this point to creative is that he must be pushed. This explains why he was suddenly added to the Destination X PPV against Eric Young with no prior word being announced ahead of time. It appeared at one point that the company have realized how green he was in the ring and decided to halt his push, but that no longer appears to the case unless plans change.
