Deep South Wrestling LLC, the former developmental territory of WWE and owned by the legendary Joe 'the Assassin' Hamilton have filed a lawsuit against the WWE. James D. McGuire, of Atlanta-based McGuire, Crohan, and Klinger is representing Hamilton, and as of now, there are no details on the lawsuit.
