Victoria/TNA/MMA/'Mania Update, Tazz To Speak On Release
For those who may have missed it over the weekend, former WWE Diva Victoria expressed her disappointment in the 25-Diva Battle Royal at WrestleMania XXV, saying it wasn't the tribute to 25 years of women's wrestling she hoped it would be. However, she feels she had a good time making a one-time return to WWE after her recent retirement from the squared circle. "The Diva Battle Royal wasn't exactly the tribute to 25 years of women's wrestling that I was hoping it would be," Victoria wrote. "But any WWE pay-per-view event, let alone WrestleMania, is always a spectacle, and it was fun to be a part of it." Victoria jokingly said she will be at next year's WrestleMania to face MMA star Gina Carano. While the former WWE Diva considers herself retired and focused on her training in MMA, she says she'd be lying if the thought of working for TNA never crossed her mind. However, they have yet to contact her regarding a position in the company. "I'd be lying if I said it never crossed my mind, but they haven't come to me with anything, and I am really focused on my MMA," Victoria wrote. Victoria said she met TNA president Dixie Carter at the recent UFC Fight Night in Nashville. On her encounter with the TNA President, Victoria said, "she was supernice."
