The World Wrestling Entertainment's lawsuit, regarding their Wrestlemania 23 PPV sponsors, against Air, Sea and Ground, Inc., Rockford-Montgomery Labs, Inc. and the IAHL Corporation (formerly Three Sixty, Inc) has been officially closed by Judge Clay D. Land. The IAHL Corporation was the last to come to terms with WWE on a settlement, while the other agreed to terms with WWE in November of last year. WWE had filed suit for a claimed $1,176,470.59 in money owed over the sponsorship. The complaint by WWE was that the OTC 360 website left up material relating to WWE, and that by doing so lent belief there was a continued relationship between the companies. This was not the case.

The WWE production truck that was unloaded several hours ago contained an arm wrestling style table. It is expected that there will be an arm wrestling match between Beth Phoenix and Santino/Santina tonight on RAW.
