'Team London' Comments On 'No-Shows', New Japan/NWA

New Japan Pro Wrestling will be changing their promotional material after complaints from the NWA. NJPW has been using promotional material featuring Nazi-related symbols for their upcoming Dominion show. The NWA issued a statement on this earlier today.

Paul London's official website, www.p-london.net issued the following statement today: Since every site thinks they know what they're talking about on giving Paul a bad rep. Here is something that's actually 100% true.

Although Mr London has not been at the events he was scheduled for over the past few weeks, the promoters were made aware of Mr. Londons health issues and his inability to appear at their event with enough time to find a suitable replacement. We apologize to any fan who bought a ticket to these events to see Paul. Myself as well as the rest of Team London wish Paul the quickest recovery possible and hope for a full return to wrestling soon. Until that happens stay tune to Paul-London.net as more information becomes available.

Note from Ryan Clark: Paul has definitely developed a bad reputation as of late on the indy scene. This weekend he sent a text message to an event promoter the day before the show saying something along the lines of "Would it mess up your convention if I no showed your event this weekend?". It is what it is although Paul's 'team' is trying to spin it in their favor. That should come as no surprise!
