– WWE has opened up an Hispanic-based website located at hispano.wwe.com. The section reads, "Want to enjoy great WWE excitement with a different flavor? Our Latino friends in the WWE Universe can find that and more on our Hispanic-based site, providing you with up-to-the-moment photos, videos and other exclusive content!"
– On September 1st at the Quicken Loans Arena in Cleveland, Ohio, which is a Smackdown and ECW taping, DX will face Legacy in a steel cage match. The decision to put the cage match on the show was to help boost ticket sales.
– Also on the same show, Big Show and Chris Jericho vs. Rey Mysterio and Great Khali has been announced.
– For those wondering what ever happened to TNA teasing the debut of a new character named Andromeda a few months back, the character who was going to be played by openly gay Mexican wrestler Cassandro, never developed as Cassandro told friends he felt at least two people in TNA who would have had some control over his character were rude and homophobic. He claims he has no interest in working for TNA as a result. It should be stressed that this was only his side of the story as TNA officials are claiming that he wasn't brought back due to visa issues or something related to it.
