Match 1 ?Rhino vs. Sting (No Surrender Tournament Round 1)

My wife just asked me if they rub Rhino down with petroleum jelly before his matches. I have to think they do.

Test of strength gives Rhino the upper hand. Sting gets whipped into the corner and reverses. Follows up with a two Stinger splashes and then locks on the Scorpion Death Lock.

This thing could be over quick.

Rhino gets to the ropes and Sting breaks the hold, allowing Rhino to mount a comeback. Shoulder block to Sting's midsection in the corner. Rhino puts some sort of arm submission on Sting. Rhino breaks the hold and whips Sting into the corner. Sting reverses and goes for the splash ? again ? on Rhino, but Rhino moves out of the way. Rhino goes for the gore and misses and Sting hits him with the Scorpion Death Drop to get the pin.

Winner: Sting

The crowd is really against the War Machine, who flips off the crowd and spits in their direction. Rhino hits Sting with a couple Gores and we head to a commercial.

When we come back, we see the TNA trainer backstage taping up Sting's midsection. Tenay thinks he may have some cracked ribs.

We then go to Booker T who is screaming something at Angle and I still have no clue what he's talking about. We see Kip in the background and Book wants to know what he's doing. Kip says he's putting in the phone line. Wow. Kip has really fallen from grace if that's the only storyline they can give him.

Steiner and Book argue about the food in the dressing room and Angle takes off.

Don't ask, because I have no idea.

Match 2 ? Chris Sabin vs. A.J. Styles (No Surrender Tournament Round 1)

Alex Shelley joins Iron Mike and Taz at ringside and Taz thanks him for the Motor City Machine Guns tissue holder.

Hip locks and wrist locks to start. Hip toss to A.J. and then one to Sabin. Sabin gets Styles in a head scissors and then a headlock. Sabin goes out of the ring and Styles follows him out, but gets hit with a hurricanrana. Sabin drops him on the guardrail and tosses him back in the ring. Sabin's boot to A.J.'s throat. Some good action with a springboard forearm by Styles, then the Pele kick followed up by the Styles Clash for the three count.

Winner: A.J. Styles

Lauren is backstage with Hernandez with her usual concerned look on her face. She wants to know what he thinks about facing Homicide in the first round. He says that it's just business and that he wants to be the world champion.

Eric Young shows up in a suit and says that he wants Hernandez to join World Elite, that the American dream is reserved for American's. We head to a break.

When we come back, Daniels is making his way to the ring and talks about being the No. 1 contender for the X-Division championship. He calls out Samoa Joe, who heads to the ring.

Daniels remembers when the X-Division revolved around Daniels, Joe and A.J. and he remembers when they traveled the country and were close as family. This segment is basically Daniels telling Joe that he turned his back on TNA to fill his pockets with MEM cash. Daniels calls him a sellout and when he turns his back, Samoa Joe hits him with a suplex and we go to a commercial.

When we return, Lauren is backstage with Matt Morgan and tells him that Kurt Angle is a master of head games. Morgan says that he is looking forward to the day he gets back in the ring with Angle at No Surrender. Lauren looks like she lost her dog.

Match 3 ? Suicide vs. Doug Williams (No Surrender Tournament Round 1)

Wrist lock by Williams gets reversed by Suicide. Snap mare takedown by Williams and then a knee to the back. Williams drapes Suicide's neck over the ropes and then goes for a side suplex, but Suicide flips out of it. Doesn't help though as Williams hits him with a knee. Williams is basically manhandling Suicide. Suicide gets the upperhand and as he goes to the top rope, D'Angelo Dinero makes his way down to the ring. Suicide hits Dinero and when he gets back in the ring, Williams hits Suicide with a rolling German Suplex and gets the pinfall.

Winner: Doug Williams

Jeremy Borash is backstage with Sting talking about how the trainers are saying he has two or three cracked ribs and that he's not in his prime. Sting knows it, but asks how many more times he's going to get to wrestle for a world title. As we head to a commercial, we see the Beautiful People backstage counting. Nice to know they have an idea of how to do that.

After the break, Lauren is backstage with the Beautiful People and she wants to know what they think of Madison Rayne facing them next week with a mystery partner. They suggest Lauren as the mystery partner so they can beat her up. They go on to say that they don't care who it is because they are going to pay her back for keeping them from winning the Knockout's Title.

Match 4 ? Hamada and SoJo Bolt vs. Tara and Christy Hemme

Hamada and Tara start things off. Hamada looks like she has some good aerial moves, with a springboard moonsault off the second rope. She tags in SoJo who gets dominated by Tara. Christy Hemme gets tagged in, who whips Sojo into the corner. Hemme follows her in, but SoJo moves out of the way. Hamada gets tagged in as we go to the break.

When we come back, Tara gets tagged in and starts rocking SoJo. Tara hits a nasty clothesline and then a kick to SoJo's face. Hamada makes the save as Tara goes for the pin, but Hemme comes in and hits her with an inverted DDT. Tara with the Widow's Peak on SoJo and a three count.

Winners: Tara and Christy Hemme

After the match Hamada hits SoJo with a Hamada Driver.

We head backstage to J.B. and Angle walking around. Borash thinks that Morgan is working over Angle and Kurt says there's no way. They run into the Blueprint who says that he'll have Kurt's back when it's the two of them left in the ring at No Surrender. Angle buys it and we have ourselves another commercial break.

Match 5 ? Homicide vs. Hernandez (No Surrender Tournament Round 1)

This is the first match ever between the two long-time tag team partners. Homicide goes for a collar and elbow and Hernandez throws him across the ring. Homicide comes back and gets Hernandez in a headlock, but gets tossed backwards. Hernandez hits Homicide with a modified belly to belly suplex, but when they both get up, Homicide drop kicks Hernandez in the knee. Homicide keeps working the knee to try and slow Super Mex down. Slow paced match with these two. Some shoulder blocks by Homicide in the corner and a kick to Hernandez's knee. Homicide goes for a tornado DDT but Hernandez reverses and hits him with a belly to belly. Hernandez hits a nasty inverted backbreaker looking thing and gets the three count. We go to another commercial.

Winner: Hernandez

When we come back, Lauren is backstage with Doug Williams, who says he will beat A.J. Styles. Then we go to J.B. who is backstage with Styles, who says he will beat Doug Williams. I never would have guessed that either would think they're going to win.

Angle is making his way to ringside to do some color for this match.

Match 6 ? Doug Williams vs. A.J. Styles (No Surrender Tournament Round 1)

Angle says he wants Williams to win so he has someone on his side in the title match. I have a strong feeling that A.J. is going to win this match.

Styles has the upperhand after a flying forearm. Gets Williams in an Indian Deathlock, but releases the hold. That gives Williams the advantage as he hits Styles with an elbow right to the jaw and then gets him in a head scissor. Styles fights back with some forearm shots and then whips Williams into the corner. He follows Williams in and it looks like the two headbutt each other. When both get up, they trade forearm shots and A.J. hits a dropkick. Williams rolls out of the ring and A.J. follows him out, flying over the top rope. He rolls Williams in and goes for a pin, but only gets a two count. Styles gets him in a Torture rack and then spins him to the mat with a sort of DDT. Styles hits a moonsault into an inverted DDT and gets the win.

Winner: A.J. Styles

A.J. is in the main event at No Surrender and when we come back, we'll find out who the fourth participant will be.

After the commercial, Lauren is backstage with Team 3D and Jesse Neal. Brother Ray says they are going to take Jesse back to their wrestling school to teach him what Rhino never did. Devon says that at No Surrender, they're coming for Booker and Steiner.

Match 7 ?Hernandez vs. Sting (No Surrender Tournament Round 1)

Sting has busted ribs and shows it after a dropkick to Hernandez. Shoulder blocks to Sting's midsection in the corner. Homicide makes his way to the ring and hits Sting with a baton, getting Hernandez disqualified.

Winner: Sting

As security grabs Homicide, we see it isn't him at all, it's Eric Young!

When we come back from a commercial, Hernandez is in the ring and calls out Young, who comes down to the ring. Before he gets there, the British Invasion hits Hernandez from behind and the rest of World Elite comes to join the party. As they beat down Hernandez, Styles makes his way to the ring to try and make a save, but he gets overpowered. Beer Money Inc. shows up and clears the ring. Now 3D makes their way out and total chaos has broken out. Steiner and Book show up and clear out 3D and then put James Storm through a table. We fade to black.
