- Speaking of Kim Couture, the former wife of Randy Couture will be facing Kerry Vera, wife of UFC light heavyweight contender Brandon Vera, at a Strikeforce event on November 20, 2009. It's an interesting gimmick, as the week before, Randy Couture will face Brandon Vera at a UFC event.

- Speaking of Strikeforce, FightLine.com has an article stating that top UFC star Dan Henderson may be headed there after failing to come to terms on a new deal with the UFC. Henderson is coming off a huge victory over Michael Bisping at UFC 100, the biggest event in the company's history.
