Jeff Hardy's Court Date Today - Details Inside

Jeff Hardy is scheduled to return to court today for a probable cause hearing at the Moore County Criminal District Court in Carthage, North Carolina. This is due to Hardy's arrest in September on a number of drug related charges. Today's hearing will determine if there has been a crime committed, and if Jeff Hardy as the defendant likely committed these crimes. If the determination is made that Jeff likely committed the crimes, the case would then move to the Grand Jury, where they will review the evidence and make a decision on whether or not to indict Hardy.
