– According to Variety, Ed Harris (The Rock) and Amy Madigan (Grey's Anatomy) have joined the cast of the WWE Film Big Red. Chase Ellison (Tooth Fairy), Daniel Roebuck (Final Destination), Molly Parker (HBO's Deadwood) and Mia Rose Frampton (ABC Family's Make It or Break It) are also appearing in the film, which stars Randy Orton.

– Chris Jericho is set to be the co-host of the 2010 Revolver Golden God Awards, which is a Metal awards show. He will co-host with Andrew WK.

– During the Olympics, American Skater Johnny Weir wore a jacket similar to what Bret "Hitman" Hart used to wear.

Then there was a "Whoo" chant by one of the commentators and they then mentioned Ric Flair and quoted Flair by saying "To be the man, you have to beat the man."
