JR Takes Shot At Striker, WWE Show Moved, Kendrick Update
– For those of you here in the Northeast (Albany, NY etc etc), be safe this week with these wild storms. They are predicting snow from today through Saturday with nearly two feet expected when it's all said and done. We'll be here and hope that things stay up and running here in the office.
– Jim Ross tweeted the following on Sunday night: HBK costs Taker world title! If they meet @ WM26 I'd luv 2 help call it. Really good close to WWE ppv. Ross also tweeted: "Wish King would backhand Striker. Cole directing traffic. Chamber hard 2 follow. Striker's on an adjective rush. Intervention pls." Note from Ryan Clark: I couldn't agree more with Jim's comments on Striker here. It's obvious that the guy does his homework and tries hard but it's to the point where he becomes highly annoying at times. He's got an awful big head for a guy who hasn't been on the announce team for all that long.
– Joey Styles tweeted the following: "Get the "F" out doesn't apply anymore but there has been a brand change. My twitter name is now @JoeyStyles. I'ts NOT a WWE twitter account!" Interesting.
– An article on John Cena granting another Make-a-Wish Foundation wish is available at https://www.Fox2now.com/ Note from Ryan Clark: You've got to give the guy a ton of credit for doing stuff like that. That type of stuff goes unrecognized many times.
– The Hamilton, ON house show scheduled for May has been shifted to September 11.
– For those who may have missed it yesterday, Brian Kendrick has been added to the Dragon Gate USA shows on March 26 and 27 in Phoenix. Note from Ryan Clark: Brian was mingling in the crowd at ROH in New York City several weeks ago and was a really really nice guy. Jim Cornette was also hanging around talking to anyone who wanted to.
