According to The Tampa Tribune, the attorneys that represent the Graziano family filed new motions yesterday. These motions are seeking punitive damages from both Hulk and Nick Hogan for injuries suffered by John Graziano when the car Nick Hogan was driving crashed back in August of 2008. The filing uses Hulk Hogan's book and the Hogan Knows Best reality show as sources for the filing.
