WWE & TNA News: The 'Suicide' Gimmick, Knockouts, RAW, & More
– As seen this past Thursday night on iMPACT!, Frankie Kazarian appeared as himself rather than the Suicide character, which seemed to indicate that the gimmick is through. It should be noted that he is still playing the masked character at house shows as we noted last night here on the website, but will be appearing as himself on television from this point forward. Though he will no longer play the character on television, TNA plans on continuing the gimmick as they are considering several other wrestlers for the role. Also note, TNA has added Kaz to its roster page, with Suicide retained.
– In TNA's latest webmatch, Hamada squares off against the infrequently seen Traci Brooks. You can view the bout at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jl9tPPG-_xs
– Tickets for the March 19 RAW house show in El Paso are going fast. They went on sale this morning and group tickets were sold as far back as row N within a short while. There was no pre-sale for the show.
– The first public showing of the wrestling documentary Canvasman: The Robbie Ellis Story will be on March 24 as part of the Maine Jewish Film Festival. For more information on the film you can visit https://www.canvasmanmovie.com/
