Gregory Helms To TNA, Ric Flair A Fan Of Jay Lethal, More

? As noted earlier here on the website, Gregory Helms is expected to join TNA Wrestling once his ninety-day no-compete clause with World Wrestling Entertainment expires later this month. He has already made a verbal deal with the organization through Jeff Hardy and will most likely be performing under his WCW ring name, Shane Helms. On another note, there is talk of starting a faction with Hardy, Helms, Shannon Moore and Jesse Neal.

? Morale within TNA was described as being deflated when the announcement came down that the company was moving iMPACT! back to Thursday night several weeks ago. Those who follow the current business closely accepted that it was the logical thing to do, but a lot of the current talent doesn't (believe it or not) and were told just two months earlier how the move to Monday would turn the company around. The fear internally was that ratings would suffer moving back yet again to Thursday and that it would be tough to return to numbers they were drawing in February feeling the different moves may have eroded the fan base. The iMPACT! rating was back up at a 1.0 last week so that's good news.

? Ric Flair has been described as loving Jay Lethal and was raving about Lethal to everyone he was talking to for days after they shot the angle two weeks ago on iMPACT! with Lethal doing the Flair imitation. Flair said Lethal does Ric Flair now better than he does and was even spotted partying after the show with Lethal raving about him to everyone who would listen.
