UFC 113 Main Event Results: New Champion Crowned

Mauricio "Shogun" Rua silenced all the questions from his first fight with Lyoto "The Dragon" Machida, as he needed less then four minutes to knockout the champion to become the new UFC light-heavyweight champion as UFC 113 tonight.

In the semi-main event, Josh Koscheck defeated Paul Daley. Daley went on to nail Koscheck with a left hook after the bout when it looked like he was going to congratulate Kos, which should lead to a suspension for Daley.

In the other featured bout of the evening, Kimbo Slice was unable to improve his official UFC record to 2-0, as he suffered a defeat at the hands of former The Ultimate Fighter Season 10 alum Matt Mitrione.
