Event: WWE Monday Night RAW
Airdate: Monday, May 31st, 2010 (USA Network)
Location: The Frank Erwin Center in Austin, Texas

"Yes, sir, we promised you a great main event?"

-We kick things off immediately as we see Edge beating up Evan Bourne. He's yelling at him, saying it's his ring. He's now stomping him in the corner. Cole informs us that Edge came out to address the crowd, and Bourne came out, saying he wanted to make an opportunity or something. Edge throws Bourne in the air and Bourne comes down with the knees. Kick to the gut and Bourne's hitting kicks all over. Knee to the fae by Bourne. Edge ducks a kick but gets hit with the back kick. Bourrne to the top. AIR BOURNE MISSES! Edge is prepping him up. SPEAR! Edge grabs the mic and says that what just happened to Bourne is exactly what's going to happen to his opponents at Fatal Four Way. Sheamus, John Cena and Randy Orton. No matter what he does, no matter how many times he proves his dominance, people like Evan Bourne disrespect him. People like the fans too. At Fatal Four Way, that all changes. He is nothing like his opponents. John Cena, he's a superhero. He's the strongest man in the industry. Sheamus, he doesn't care who gets in his way, he'll take what he wants. Which brings him to Randy Orton. The Viper. Loud "You Suck" chant. The snake in the grass, lying there waiting to pounce and stick his fangs right into you. And the fans love it. RKO, RKO, right. Loud "RKO" chant. The fans are all just a bunch of sheep who jumped into the snake pit. And don't be surprised when the viper bites them. At Fatal Four Way, Edge will prove everyone wrong for all of the disrespect over the years when he becomes a 10 time WWE champ (it should be world champ, but I digress). And that brings out the Viper himself.

Cole officially welcomes us as Orton gets in the ring. Edge says speak of the devil, the silent assassin. Orton comes down here, thinking he's going to do something to Edge. He's going to coil up and drop him. They both know that's not going to happen as Orton's not 100%. He's not 100% because of what Edge did at Over the Limit. Edge says that Orton knows he won't win at Fatal Four Way. Take a look into his eyes because he is not kidding. RKO!!! Orton does the signature Orton pose on the ropes as his music plays.

-Main event for tonight will see Edge and Sheamus take on Randy Orton and WWE Champion John Cena in tag team actions. Also, Ashton Kutcher is our guest host.

-We see Edge laying in the ring staring at Orton as we head to commercial.

-Ashton Kutcher is up next.

-We're back and we see Ashton Kutcher in the back. Eve comes out and hugs him. Ashton says this guy Zack Ryder is talking smack on twitter to him. He asks if he knows he's hosting the show. Eve asks him what he plans to do. They plug the movie and Ashton says that tonight, he's putting a hit on Zack Ryder. It can be anybody, a ref, Eve, another wrestler, an announcer, or even him. The Miz comes up now and asks if Ashton wanted to see him. Ashton laughs at Miz and says Bret Hart, the GM, and he felt they needed to set up a match for Miz. They got a one night contract with someone he might actually know. DANIEL BRYAN! Is that supposed to scare him? Miz asks if he knows what he's going to do to Bryan. Kutcher says that's going to be difficult to do when Bryan makes him tap out. Eve cuts of Kutcher as he's about to drop an a-bomb. Miz walks away.

-Justin Roberts welcomes the new United States Champion, R-Truth! We get highlights of the title match last week. BREAK THE WALLS DOWN!

Match 1 : United States Champion R-Truth vs Chris Jericho

Truth does a little dance move before we start things off. Tie up and Jericho locks in a headlock. Truth pushes out but gets hit with a shoulder block. Truth ducks under Jericho, jumps over and hits the hiptoss. Jericho misses a dropkick and gets catapulted to the outside. Truth goes over the top and takes out Jericho as we head to commercial.

We're back and Jericho has Truth in a sleeper. We get a recap of what happened during the commercial as Jericho hit Truth with a reverse suplex on the ropes. Truth fights out of the sleeper and rolls up Jericho but only gets two. Running enzuigiri by Jericho. Pin but only two. Jericho's now choking Truth in the ropes. Jericho with the shots in the corner. Suplex connects by Jericho. Jericho slaps Truth and irish whips him, but gets hit with a huge shoulder block. Truth with the rights and he hits the discuss right. Head scissors by the champ, and he follows up with the bicycle kick. Pin but only two. Jericho gets boot up in the corner and hits the bulldog. Lionsault coming up but Truth avoids it. Jericho avoids an axe kick and takes down Truth. Walls coming up, but Truth counters out. Kick to the gut and hits a reverse sitout suplex. That was ugly. Pin but only two. Truth grabs Jericho's leg but gets poked in the eyes. Huge clothesline by Jericho follows. Pin but only two. Jericho starts yelling at Truth "What's Up". Truth floats over Jericho in the corner, does a split, but Jericho ducks the spin kick and locks in the Walls. Truth counters into a small package and it's over!

Winner : R-Truth (Good match between these two, and if these two are gonna enter into a program with each other, then I'm pretty excited)

Jericho looks like he's about to cry as Truth celebrates. Lawler and Cole hype the main event up some more as we go to commercial.

-Tomorrow on NXT, we're gonna crown a winner as it's the season finale.

-TobyMac's "Showstopper" is the official theme of Over the Limit.

-We get a recap of Bret Hart being announced as GM and Batista quitting.

-Zack Ryder's in the back with Alicia. He says he came here so he could get to the bottom of the situation, and he's now thinking that he hired him. We find out it's Bret Hart. He says he's got bigger things on his plate. Ryder says he's watching him. The Hart Dynasty comes up and asks who those guys were that attacked him. Hart says they were the Uso's and that he signed them. Bret says the Uso's are trying to make a statement at their expense and asks what the Hart Dynasty are gonna do about it.

Match 2 : Santino Marella and Diva's Champion Eve vs ? and ? – Mixed Tag Team match

Santino grabs a mic, and says for the love of George Lucas can we please stop playing the Darth Vader music. He asks why Vladimir keeps coming out with Regal when he can be partners with Santino. The immovable object for the unstoppable force. Plus, if he's his tag team partner, Eve would make love to him. Tremendous. Eve says no. Santino says that he meant to say that Eve would love him.

Eve and Maryse start things off. Knee by Maryse and she hits Eve with a forearm. Eve flips over a backdrop and hits the phantom dropkick. Maryse tags in Regal and here comes Santino. Loud "Santino" chant. Santino does some weird s–t, so Regal take him down. Forearms in the corner by Regal. Running forearm by Regal follows. T-Bone by Regal connects. REGAL STRETCH!! Eve breaks it up, and Maryse comes in. CAT FIGHT! Kozlov runs in and chokeslams Regal. What? He and Maryse walk off. Cover by Santino and it's over.

Winner : Santino Marella and Eve (More for the angle than the match)

Santino see's the replay on the tron and looks happy. He pumps the crowd up.

-We see Bret in the back. Cole informs us that Bret's coming out to make an announcement for next weeks show.

-We're back and we get a Memorial Day video package. Raw is dedicated to the men and women of the armed forces.

-We get a shot of the crowd as Justin Roberts introduces the new General Manager of Monday Night Raw, Bret "The Hitman" Hart! He's been the general manger of Raw for about a week and he's been having so much fun you wouldn't believe it. He got together with Teddy Long, and he decided they're gonna do something real special. They're gonna have all the superstars from Raw and Smackdown under one roof next week. It's going to be three hours long just to fit all of the fun and games. If the fans have good ideas, he asks to hear them. He asks the guys in the back too. He promises that next week, Raw will be a night to remember. And here comes Dibiase.

He tells Hart to give him control, complete control. He says he's willing, and able, to pay him and Teddy Long whatever it takes. He says his dad says "everybody's got a price" and that includes Bret. He says he's not worried about Teddy, he's worried about Bret. Bret thinks he's above things and too good. He came back to the WWE because he needs money. He tells him not to let his pride get in his way as he can let his problems all go away, all he has to do is name his price.

Ashton Kutcher interrupts things, saying before he gives up that type of power, that next week we have the first ever Raw viewer's choice, where the viewers get to pick the matches across the board. Dibiase asks Bret if he's actually considering this. Bret says it's a good idea. And that brings out VINCE MCMAHON!

Dibiase and Virgil leave as Vince makes his way to the ring. He says let's hear it for Vince McMahon. He says Bret looks ten years older than the last time he saw him. But look at him. Vince has never looked better nor felt better, though he wasn't feeling too well at Wrestlemania, when Bret bashed him with the chair over and over and over. He asks Bret how many times he hit him. Bret says 18. Vince says that would've injured a normal man. He asks Bret if he got everything out of his system. Bret says most of it. Loud "You tapped out" chant. Vince says he didn't really. When the opportunity came along to be general manager, Bret jumped on it, and here he is now. He's sure that he asked why Vince allowed him to become GM. Maybe because there's a nefarious plot as Vince is known to be vengeful. Or maybe to keep friends close and enemies closer. Or maybe because the people wanted it. So far, Bret has been making popular decisions. Bret is going to have to make tough decisions down the line, as you have to treat the people as children. He means that in the most complimentary way. When you're mentoring children, they can't make the right decisions themselves, so you have to make them for them. Is Bret ready if they start booing him out of the building? He says he's ready for anything. Vince wishes him luck. He asks Bret if he believes it. Bret says no. Vince says it's been a wonderful story as Bret was banished from the show, came back and became general manager. He hopes his run as GM has a happy ending. Vince's music plays him out. Vince, "Let's hear it for Vince McMahon again! Louder!".

-We see Zack Ryder in the back, asking if Orton's the guy who's gonna take him out. Orton says if he wanted to take him out, they wouldn't be having this conversation. Alicia leads Zack off. We see a door slam against Orton's injured shoulder, and it turns out that it was Edge. Someone calls for help as we head to commercial.

-We get a recap of what just happened moments ago. Cole asks if Orton's gonna be able to participate in the main event. AWESOME!!

Match 3 : The Miz vs Daniel Bryan

This is the one we've all been waiting for. We get a recap of what happened last week on NXT.

Kicks by Bryan and he hits Miz with a forearm. Juji gatame on Miz, but Miz is in the ropes. Miz avoids Bryan in the corner and hits him with a clothesline from behind. Shots by Miz with authority. Huge boot by Miz follows. Pin but only two. Bryan with a slap, but Miz hits him with some more rights. Huge clothesline in the corner by Miz. Miz goes to the top and hits an axe handle. Cole is just s–tting on Bryan right now. Modified Crippler Crossface on Miz. Miz counters into a roll up but Bryan counters that into a crucifix and BRYAN WINS!!!

Winner : Daniel Bryan (I'm loving this whole Daniel Bryan angle. The match was alright, as it wasn't much, but I love matches where you can feel the aggression of the two wrestlers. These two were just pissed at each other and they hit all of their moves with authority. I wish this could have got more time, but it was fine for what it was)

Miz attacks Bryan from behind. He throws him to the outside. Miz picks up Bryan and tells him to apologize to Cole. Bryan fights back and sends Miz flying right into Cole. Bryan heads back up the apron as Miz and Cole look pissed.

-We're back and Lawler asks Cole if he's alright. Cole says he's not and that he was assaulted.

-We get a recap of the Uso's attacking the Hart Dynasty from last week.

-We see the Uso's in the ring. They say they have the whole world tripping, wondering about them. Who are they? Where are they coming from? They got to thinking, the only way for them to make a name for themselves was to come out here last week and put the Unified Tag Team Champs, Hart Dynasty, on their backs. Jay and Jimmy Uso, along with their girl Tamina, were standing tall. The Hart's aint the only family who's roots run deep. They are the Rikishi's twin sons and Tamina's Jimmy Snuka's daughter. They say a bunch of random stuff and I'm not sure how much of it made sense. The Hart's were at the wrong place at the wrong time. Tamina says they respect where the Hart's come from, as they come from a great line of competitors. The respect that their (Uso's family) doesn't have, just like their father Jimmy Snuka. He was put in the corner at the first Wrestlemania, the main event, and you don't think he had something to offer. That's not going to happen no more. Because they right there were born and created for one purpose, DOMINATE! And here come The Hart's.

They charge the ring and we have a massive brawl. Drop toe hold by David and a dropkick by Tyson. Hart Attack coming up by Tamina trips the leg. She takes out Natalya. Double superkicks drill David. Huge assisted Samoan Drop to Tyson. All three get up into the corners and hit splashes.

-We get a recap of Orton RKOing Edge earlier in the night, and then Edge slamming the door into Orton's shoulder. Cena's partner for tonight is now in question.

-We're back and here comes Zack Ryder and Alicia Fox. Ryder grabs a mic. So Ashton wants to mimick his movie and put a hit on Ryder. Are you serious Bro? He out here to demand Ashton to tell him who it is. You don't want to make him mad. He could double your twitter followers in a day if he wanted to. Ashton is on the tron and says do you want to know. King gets in the ring with a chair. Ryder says he doesn't want to do it. King sits down. Ashton says it's not Jerry Lawler. Here comes Khali. Ashton says it's not Khali either. Here comes Goldust. But no, it's not Goldust. Ryder can't take it anymore. He apologizes. He just has to tell him who it is. Ashton asks if he really really really wants to know. Well he's never gonna see it coming. Alicia grabs the mic. It's obviously her. She says she's tired of this joke. She drops the mic. Ryder goes to pick it up and she plants him with an axe kick. Ashton claps and says that's why you don't mess with Ashton Kutcher or the farmhand. You don't mess with his twitter file because you know what they say, woo woo woo, you know it. Thank god this is over.

-Cole and Lawler hype up the four way match at Fatal Four Way.

-We see Edge getting ready in the back. Sheamus comes up and says alright fella. He saw what he did to Orton, and he liked it. He heard what Edge said and he's nothing like him. Edge gets it, they can't trust each other. Orton's injured so now they can take out Cena. Sheamus says he agrees, but if Edge takes advantage of his expense, it will be the last mistake he makes. Sheamus walks off as we head to commercial.

-This week, we celebrate the Junkyard Dog on WWE Classics On Demand.

-Next week, THE A-TEAM GUEST HOSTS!!! And it's going to be viewers choice (which I'm guessing is like Cyber Sunday).

Edge and Sheamus vs. John Cena and Evan Bourne

We're back and out comes Edge for tonight's main event. His partner Sheamus is out next. The WWE Champion John Cena comes out next and stops on the stage. Cena announces that Randy Orton has re-injured his shoulder and can't compete tonight. Cena says every WWE star hates Edge and Sheamus so that means he can choose anybody for his partner. Cena introduces his partner... Evan Bourne. Bourne and Cena hit the ring to a big pop.

The bell rings and it's Cena locking up with Edge. Edge strikes first and rocks Cena back into the corner, sending him to the mat with rights. Cena hits the bulldog on Edge and tags in Bourne. Bourne comes off the top with a shot to the arm of Edge. Bourne takes Edge to the mat and works on the arm. Edge fights out but Bourne hits a big scissors takedown and some spin kicks. Edge rolls out to the floor as we go to commercial.

Back from the break and Cena is brawling with Sheamus in the ring. Bourne comes in and hits a big dropkick on Sheamus in the corner for a 2 count. Bourne kicks Sheamus but gets dropped with a big shoulder. Sheamus slams Bourne into the corner and tags in Edge. Edge works over Bourne now and stomps him. Shieamus is tagged back in. Sheamus goes for a big suplex but Bourne kicks out and kicks away at Sheamus' leg. Bourne tries to tag but Sheamus lays him out for a 2 count. Sheamus stands on Bourne and tags back in Edge. Edge launches Bourne into the corner for a 2 count. Edge kicks Bourne in the face and sends him to the mat for another 2 count. Edge with a headlock now.

Bourne comes back with an enziguri as the crowd gets into it. Cena and Sheamus are tagged in. Cena unloads on Sheamus with his normal moves. Cena hits the Five Knuckle Shuffle and goes for the Attitude Adjustment. Sheamus counters it and slams Cena. Sheamus charges but Bourne kicks him in the head. Cena hits the AA on Sheamus. Edge runs in for a spear but hits the ring post. Bourne is tagged in and hits the Air Bourne on Sheamus for the pinfall and the win as the crowd explodes.
Winners: Evan Bourne and John Cena

- After the match, Bourne and Cena celebrate in the ring as Bourne's music plays. Cole and Lawler play it up as a big moment for Bourne as we go to commercial. RAW goes off the air with Bourne and Cena celebrating in the ring.
