– If Downfall can keep getting ratings in the 2.0 range and viewers near the 5.86 million mark, as the debut episode did, ABC will likely stick with it. However, the show had a lot of negative signs, as it didn't come close to keeping the lead-in show's audience (Wipeout drew 9.5 million viewers) and lost viewers from start to finish.
– USA was #1 in prime-time cable ratings last week with a 2.5 average. TNT did a 1.6 and FOX News did a 1.5. SyFy was #19 with a 0.8, while Spike was #23 with a 0.6.
– WWE RAW last week was #7 and #8 in the prime-time cable ratings, behind Pawn Stars, Royal Pains, Burn Notice, Hot in Cleveland, and World Cup Soccer On ESPN.
– Two of the most popular heavyweights in MMA prepare to do battle over the next couple of weeks, as Fedor Emelianenko faces Fabricio Werdum this Saturday at Strikeforce: Fedor vs. Werdum, while Brock Lesnar faces Shane Carwin the following Saturday at UFC 116.
