Top ROH Star Retiring, The Latest Batista-WWE-MMA Update

– Former WWE superstar Batista was ringside at Wednesday night's Strikeforce MMA event from Los Angeles, California. Several MMA news sites are reporting that Batista was telling people that he does not plan on returning to WWE and was unhappy there for a long time before leaving. Batista is a big MMA fan and has been training at various MMA camps across the country in recent months, but has his sights set on acting and has been auditioning regularly since leaving WWE.

– In addition to Dave Batista, Bill Goldberg, and Ernest Miller; Chavo Guerrero was also at Strikeforce Wednesday night.

– Alex Marvez recently interviewed ROH star Davey Richards, who announced that he will be finishing up with wrestling in December of this year. Here is part of the interview... "I didn't plan to do this for my career. I've gotten done with paramedic school and have other things I want to concentrate on. I want to get my black belt in jiujitsu and finish the fire academy. I'm married now, too. Ring of Honor has so many talented guys that they don't need me anymore."
