Various News: Roddy Piper Vs. 'The Amazing Racist', Wrestlicious, More

– Wrestlicious is taping new episodes for their "second season" this week at a Soundstage in the Tampa, Florida area. Currently, the nine episodes of the first season are airing on MavTV and America One networks, among others.

– East Coast Wrestling Associated issued a statement today about their annual Super 8 Tournament show. Scheduled to be in the tournament are Austin "Consequences" Creed, Nick "Eugene" Dinsmore, Chris Wylde, Tommaso Ciampa, Scott Wright, Alex Reynolds, Brian Milonas and Chase Del Monte, the latter of whom replaces Barry Ryte. The show will also put Matt, Bryan & Nick Logan against Julian Star, Ryan Rush & Aden Chambers in six-man action and the Royal Rumble-like Annual Summit.

– Roddy Piper beat up a comedian who calls himself "The Amazing Racist" last week at a comedy club, as part of an act. Piper was at Sam Tripoli's "Naughty Comedy Show" at the Improv in Los Angeles when the Racist–real name Ari Shaffir–talked smack to a porn star. Piper called the man on stage and bashed him into a piano, whipped him with a belt and then choked him. Of course, the whole thing was an act; Shaffir is a comedian who does this kind of thing in order to "film people's reactions."
