Fairplay Backstage At TNA Event, HardCORE Justice News
– Former TNA personality Johnny Fairplay was backstage visiting at Saturday's night live event in Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
– As noted over the weekend here on the website, the official TNA Wrestling website has pulled Balls Mahoney and Taz from its list of "Hardcore Originals" advertised for the HardCORE Justice pay-per-view. The former ECW performers were announced to appear at the event following Thursday's iMPACT! but quietly removed over the weekend. Still no word on why just yet.

The female wrestling show uses the same creative team that produced the legendary, Gorgeous Ladies of Wrestling, or GLOW. Wrestlicious TakeDown has been the highest rated series on MAVTV in the U.S. and is the third most watched professional wrestling entertainment program on television. The deal grants Elan Entertainment worldwide mobile and Latin American distribution rights to the entire first season of the show. Elan Entertainment intends to use their iPad & iPhone distribution deal with Mobile Muviez to launch Wrestlicious TakeDown on the mobile devices this fall. Elan Entertainment's existing relationship with Smiling People Films in Panama will spearhead its Latin American efforts with the show. Wrestlicious TakeDown will be the first attempt at Elan Entertainment direct to iPad & iPhone model, which includes a similar release for the feature films The Trail and Calligraphy, directed by Michael Gerald, the feature documentary Zydeco Road, currently in post production, and a reality show in development.
