Newsday has an article about reporter Alfonso Castillo asking WWE attorney Jerry McDevitt if WWE was considering taking legal action against TNA over this Sunday's "Hardcore Justice" pay per view.

"The WWE is sole owner of the ECW marks, and as with all of WWE's intellectual property it will be vigorously protected," said McDevitt. "TNA acts at its peril if it infringers upon WWE's rights."

The article went on to note that WWE has not attempted to get an injunction to block the show. You can check out the full article by clicking here.
