UFC 121 & WWE Bragging Rights Cross Promotion

WWE's Bragging Rights and UFC 121 both take place this weekend, and Comcast, the leading cable company in the US, is cross-promoting both events to their customers in hopes of increasing buys.

The advertisement sent to subscribers was titled "2 Great Reasons To Stay Home", which displays the UFC 121 poster with Brock Lesnar vs. Cain Velasquez and Raw's John Cena and Randy Orton vs. SmackDown!'s The Undertaker and Big Show on the Bragging Rights poster.

It will not be easy for WWE to obtain sufficient PPV buys on a night after the UFC 121 PPV featuring a former PPV headliner from WWE. They will also be up against a high profile football game between the Minnesota Vikings and the Green Bay Packers.

Ticket sales for Bragging Rights have been slow. The word is plenty of floor seats are still available.

UFC president Dana White likely love this or could care less while WWE's Vince McMahon will completely hate it.
