On tonight's episode of WWE Smackdown, we saw Rey Mysterio challenge Alberto Del Rio to a match at the TLC PPV. Dolf Ziggler and Drew McIntyre defeated Kaval and the now unemployed MVP. Kofi Kingston won the #1 contender position by defeating Jack Swagger in a PPV quality match. Dashing Cody Rhodes defeated Chris Masters, and Beth Pheonix defended Hornswaggle from LayCool.

Edge lead Kane on a wild goose chase all over the arena, before winning their match with a spear, and selecting (surprise!) a tables, ladders, and chairs match for the TLC PPV.
