Kevin Kellam of Examiner.com reported that TNA World Champion Jeff Hardy was in a North Carolina courtroom yesterday for his September 2009 drug arrest.

The article noted that the case was delayed once again, and that the Moore County Superior Court continued the trial to January 20th.
