The Anniversary Of The XFL, RAW, Steiners-WWE, & More
– Pro Wrestling Guerrilla has its first show of 2011 tonight in Los Angeles. The show, part of WrestleReunion, will feature a PWG Title match, Kaval vs. Davey Richards, a Legends Battle Royal headlined by Roddy Piper, and Jake "the Snake" Roberts's advertised retirement match against Sinn Bodhi. The main event PWG Title match will feature PWG champion Claudio Castagnoli vs. El Generico. The show will also feature Chris Hero vs. Kevin Steen, Shane Helms vs. Joey Ryan, and Mr. ?guila vs. Rey Bucanero. The advertised Legends Battle Royal match-up is: The Barbarian vs. "Dangerous" Danny Davis vs. Shane Douglas vs. Terry Funk vs. Mike Graham vs. Sean Morley vs. Jim "The Anvil" Neidhart vs. Barry Orton vs. "Cowboy" Bob Orton vs. Ken Patera vs. "Rowdy" Roddy Piper vs. Rock Riddle vs. Tatanka vs. Tito Santana vs. Vampiro vs. Savio Vega vs. Warlord. There's also been a change to the advertised fourway featuring TNA's Generation Me. Instead of the winning team becoming #1 contenders to the PWG Tag Titles, the winners will be the first team entered in PWG's annual DD4 tag tournament, which will be held on Friday, March 4th. The four-team tag match will be Generation Me vs. the Cutler Brothers vs. the Fightin' Taylor Boys vs. RockNES Monsters.
