Lashley Wins, Live Start Time For RAW Tonight Changed, SD! In Des Moines & More
– The All State Arena in Chicago, where WWE Raw will be held tonight, have confirmed on their website that tonight's show will will now start at 6:45 p.m. instead of the original start time of 7:15 p.m. You can check out more at the All State Arena's website at this link.
– WWE is advertising World heavyweight Champion Edge and Rey Mysterio vs. Cody Rhodes and Alberto Del Rio for the WWE SmackDown! tapings in Des Moines, IA on May 31st.
– For those of you who missed it over the weekend, Bobby Lashley earned a unanimous decision victory over an undersized John Ott at Titan Fighting Championships 17 this past Friday night. Lashley dominated Ott, was was giving up 37 pounds, for the first two rounds before gassing in the third round. He had trouble standing, and Ott started teeing off while the crowd in Kansas City turned on Lashley and started cheering wildly for Ott. Just when it seemed that Ott may pull off the miraculous upset, Lashley once again managed to take Ott to the ground, where he was able to hold him for the rest of the fight as the crowd chanted "Stand them up!"
