– Hopefully the number of world title changes cools down, as WrestlingINC.com reader Daniyal N. Khan pointed out that here have been a total of 10 world title changes between WWE & TNA in the last two months. The WWE championship has changed hands five times since around mid-July after Punk defeated Cena for the strap. Mysterio won it next, then Cena again, Punk again, and then finally Del Rio. For the World Heavyweight Championship, Christian defeated Orton last month and Orton won it back this past Sunday. For the TNA World Championship, Mr. Anderson won the strap in mid-June, then Sting won it last month, then Kurt Angle earlier this month for a total of three title changes, bringing the total number of world title changes between WWE & TNA to ten. On a side note, the ROH World Title has changed hands only once in the last two months, when Davey Richards won it from Eddie Edwards this past June.

On another side note, the WWE Championship changed hands a total of five times during the entire decade of the 1980s. It went nuts in the 90s, with the title changing hands 40 times that decade.

– As noted earlier today, after Raw went off the air last night, Alberto Del Rio and his ring announcer/manager Ricardo Rodriguez were headed up the ramp when CM Punk's music hit. Both Del Rio and Rodriguez retreated to the ring only to be stuck between John Cena and Punk. Del Rio received a GTS from Punk followed by an Attitude Adjustment from Cena. Rodriguez then begged Cena and Punk to hand over the WWE Championship. Punk and Cena began to toss the title between each other as Rodriguez would attempt to intercept, but fail miserably. At one point, John Cena used the WWE Title in a "bullfight" with Rodriguez being the bull. Every time Rodriguez would reach for the title and not get it, the crowd yelled ole! Rodriguez gave up, and was also given a GTS from Punk and Attitude Adjustment from Cena. Once he cleared the ring, both Cena and Punk did a pose off with the WWE Championship. It was very similar to what they did when both men held the belt. Cena received a lot of cheers mixed with boos while Punk received a huge pop. They did 3 poses each with the title, then Cena left the ring. Punk left and the ring announcer thanked the crowd for coming. You can check out video of this below:
