Even More On Kurt Angle's DUI Arrest Inside Here

We noted earlier that TNA World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle says his blood alcohol level was below the legal limit of Virginia when he was arrested for driving under the influence Sunday morning.

TMZ obtained the Certificate of Blood Alcohol Analysis issued by the State of Virginia which shows Angle's blood alcohol level was 0.06 at the time of his arrest. The legal limit in Virginia is 0.08.

Raj Giri noted earlier here on WrestlingINC.com that Virginia state police spokesman Sgt. F.L. "Les" Tyler received a third-party call of a vehicle headed eastbound on Interstate 66 that was swerving "all over the road." Trooper C.R. Scally stopped the vehicle at 11:10 p.m. Saturday, which was occupied by Angle. He was arrested and subsequently transported to the Warren County Jail.

Regarding his erratic driving, Angle explains, "I was returning from an iMPACT Wrestling show in an unfamiliar place, late at night and was trying to find the exit for my hotel."
