has posted a third article concerning TNA World Heavyweight Champion Kurt Angle’s arrest on Sunday for driving under the influence in Virginia.

The 2012 Olympic hopeful was asked by photographers at Los Angeles International Airport if he would be fighting the charges. Angle replied, “Of course.”

Kurt Angle’s attorney Frank Smith told that his client was not drunk as he successfully passed a breathalyzer test. We exclusively reported that Angle blew a .06 but law enforcement has not confirmed that. Nonetheless, the officer who arrested him didn’t think he should have been behind the wheel of a vehicle.
