TNA Impact Sets Record Rating, Dixie Carter Responds

Despite going against the World Series, Impact Wrestling did a huge 1.35 rating last night with 2,019,000 viewers. It was the highest rated episode in the show's history on a Thursday night. The rating was way up from last week's episode, which garnered a 1.05 rating with 1,440,000 viewers.

TNA President Dixie Carter responded to the record rating on her Twitter.

"Two million viewers on Thursday's IMPACT WRESTLING on SpikeTV – our most watched episode ever!!!," she wrote. "THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH!!!"
