Sheamus vs. Christian

Sheamus dominated the opening moments of the match, dominating the former World heavyweight champion with his strength. Christian was able to gain the advantage and would continually beat down his opponent, but Sheamus would keep coming back.

Late in the match, Christian was able to plant Sheamus with a tornado DDT, but couldn't even get a one count. Christian then went for the killswitch, but Sheamus reversed and nailed Christian with a clothesline in the corner. The two then traded low kicks. Sheamus went to the top rope and floored Christian with a shoulder tackle. He then then went for a Brogue kick, but Christian got out of the way and took the match to the outside.

Outside of the ring, Christian nailed Sheamus with a spear. Christian was hoping for a count-out win, but Sheamus got back in the ring at 8. Christian hit another spear, but was only able to get a two count. Christian then went to the top and missed a splash. Sheamus quickly went for the Celtic cross, but Christian countered. He then went for the killswitch, but Sheamus kicked him off and then planted him with a Brogue kick to get the win. Good opener.

Backstage, Matt Striker interviewed Mark Henry. Henry quickly cut Striker off and told him to "shut up." He then said that no matter where he faces Randy Orton, Orton will join the "Hall of Pain."

The Sin Cara vs. Sin Cara feud has killed the heat the Sin Cara had as there was no reaction to his entrance. Sin Cara (black mask) made his way to the ring with a slower, creepier version of Cara's original theme.

Sin Cara (Blue mask – Mistico) vs. Sin Cara (Black mask – Hunico)

Crowd is silent early on. Hunico dominated the early portion of the match with his size advantage. They then traded hitting the other with their signature moves. Mistico then hit a cool high flying armdrag to send Hunico to the outside, and followed up with a dive from the inside of the ring. He missed a moonsault outside the ring, and Hunico regained the advantage.

Later in the match, Mistico missed a flying splash from the top rope, but rolled through it and then hit a flip-powerbomb and won the match clean. Good match with some cool spots, hurt by the lack of crowd reaction.

Orton then grabbed the chair and nailed Henry with a chairshot to the gut followed by one to the back. Henry retreated to the back, but Orton followed him and continued to plant Henry with chair shots all the way to the top of the stage. Orton went for another chair shot, but Henry kicked Orton in the gut and ran off. Orton got back to his feet and was frustrated, looking dejected as he was heading to the back.

Josh Matthews interviewed Alberto Del Rio backstage. Del Rio said it's not fair that he's in this match, since it's barbaric and he's not an animal. He warned Punk and Cena that they'll see a side of Del Rio that they didn't know existed and he's leaving the Cell with the WWE title.

Intercontinental Champion Cody Rhodes comes out, dressed in a suit. Rhodes gets rid of the old belt and unveils a new belt, which is the original title from the 80's and 90s, but on a white canvas. Rhodes noted that men like Randy Savage, Steve Austin and Ricky Steamboat have held that belt, but unlike them, he will hold onto the title. John Lauranitis comes out and says that Rhodes has to defend the title now, and it's against this man... John Morrison's music hits!

Ricardo Rodriguez came out and introduced Alberto Del Rio, who came out first. CM Punk was out next, who got a big pop. Cena was out next, to his usual loud mixed reaction. The reactions were different during the ring introductions, as Punk, Cena and Del Rio were all booed.

Hell in a Cell for the WWE Title:
CM Punk vs. Alberto Del Rio vs. John Cena (c)

Del Rio ran from the faces as the match started. Cena and Punk proceeded to double team Del Rio. Cena and Punk then kept pushing the other to the side as they traded turns beating up Del Rio in the corner. While Cena was landing punches on Del Rio, Punk rolled him up for a two count. Punk and Cena then went at it as Del Rio was in the corner.

Loud dueling "Let's Go Cena / CM PUNK!" chants, although there were some "Cena Sucks" chants as well. Punk got a laceration on his back, as he was bleeding on the right side of his back.

After the three men traded the advantage several times, Punk setup a table on the outside of the ring. Both Cena and Punk were on the apron and Punk nailed Cena with a running knee. Cena then pushed Punk into the cage. Back in the ring, and Del Rio nailed Cena with a chairshot to the gut and followed it with a back suplex on the chair, but only got a two count.
