– Tonight's episode of WWE RAW takes place from the Allstate Arena in Chicago, IL. Hometown favorite CM Punk is scheduled for tonight's show, as is John Cena, who's feud with Kane is expected to continue tonight.

– As noted earlier, Alberto Del Rio has been removed from tonight's show and the entire Raw Holiday Tour to recover from a groin injury he suffered in the main event of last Monday's Raw. He was advertised for three-way bouts for the WWE Championship with CM Punk and The Miz. He is not expected to be sidelined for too long.
