Sting Responds To Aries, Mickie & Velvet Sky Team Up, Team Angle Vs. Team Jarrett (Video)

– As noted earlier, TNA is turning Austin Aries' recent swipe at Sting into an angle. Aries wrote the following last Thursday regarding the Sting – Bobby Roode angle on Impact: "I guess 'I'm done' is code for 'I'm booking myself in another PPV main event'. Yet the X-Division champ can't sniff a main event... #Shocker" Aries went on to delete the tweet.

TNA followed up by posting the following on their website over the weekend: "We at ImpactWrestling.com are as interested as you are to what Mr. Aries was referring to. Over the weekend, our staff reached out to Mr. Aries who simply responded 'No Comment'. We've also reached out to officials from Impact Wrestling and are awaiting a response."

Sting then took to his Twitter yesterday, writing, "Tension building. Goal accomplished. #whining ? #winning."

– Mickie James and Velvet Sky vs. Rosita and Sarita will take place on this week's episode of TNA Xplosion on Challenge TV.
