Store Owner Falsely Advertising Former WWE Stars For Appearances

We posted a tweet from WWE Superstar Christian the other day letting fans know about a fake Edge signing at Omega Sports in Queensbury, New York later this year. The promoter of the store, Brendon Bronson, has been falsely advertising other former WWE stars including The Ultimate Warrior and Rikishi.

The store at Aviation Mall was advertising a signing today with Rikishi and had already sold tickets for the appearance via pre-sale. When around 400 fans arrived for the Rikishi signing today, the store was closed and all of the merchandise was gone. The store was open as recent as late Friday as they were still selling tickets for the Rikishi signing.

Bronson left a note with a nearby Verizon kiosk in the mall apologizing to fans for the Rikishi signing. The note asked fans to leave their name and numbers so Bronson so could contact them. Bronson also left autographed photos from previous signings as a "make good" to fans who arrived for the Rikishi signing. People at the mall told fans that Bronson left to open a store in the nearby town of Saratoga.
