Hulk Hogan's Camp Responds To Sex Tape, Says He Was Setup

As noted earlier, TMZ reported that a sex tape featuring Hulk Hogan and an unidentified brunette is being shopped around to a major adult film studio. In an update, Hogan told TMZ that the tape was "secretly filmed" and was an "outrageous invasion of privacy."

Hogan's lawyer, David Houston, said that they are looking to press charges over the tape.

"Terry Bollea is appalled at the unauthorized release of a secretly filmed video," said Houston. "[Hulk] neither approved of the filming nor the release of the same. It is clearly an outrageous invasion of privacy and breach of trust if it is genuine. We will take all necessary steps to enforce both civil and criminal liability."
