– Jesse Sorensen thanked his fans on Twitter last night, writing, "Thank you to all my fans who continue to send me fan mail and tweets. Your support means the world to me! Together we are Texas Tough." As noted earlier, TNA President Dixie Carter recently stated that Sorensen will be out of action for up to a year.

– TNA will be holding a BaseBrawl event at Appalachian Power Park in Charleston, West Virginia on August 17th, 2012.
