Jim Ross wrote on his Twitter moments ago that WWE Hall Of Famer Joe "Chief Jay Strongbow" Scarpa passed away this morning.
"Sad to hear of the passing this morning of WWE HOF'er Chief Jay Strongbow, a beloved member of WWE family," Ross wrote. "RIP Chief."
