Judge Dismisses Martha Hart's Lawsuit Against WWE And Linda McMahon

The Associated Press reports that a federal judge has dismissed a lawsuit by Martha Hart, the widow of Owen Hart, against Linda McMahon and WWE that was filed in 2010 during McMahon's first Senate run.

Hart claimed that the company had been using images of her late husband, who died in 1999, without her permission. Judge Stefan Underhill ruled that the company retained a right to the images and Hart's wrestling career. Underhill did deny a motion by WWE to dismiss a claim related to personal family photos.
