Kurt Angle Comments On WWE Run, Still Plans On Going To Olympic Trials

Kurt Angle wrote on his Twitter that he still plans to go to the Olympic trials from April 21-22nd. Angle admitted that his chances of making the Olympic team were dampened after recently tearing his hamstring.

"Many of You asked Me My Chances of Making Olympic Team," Angle wrote. "I tore my hamstring last Wk. I Have a 50/50 chance. What hurts is I spent 1 Year... I Spent 1 Year training My Butt Off. I Still want to Go to Trials Apr21-22. I have a Shot. But if My injury gets Worse I must Worry @ My TNA Job. That #1 Priority. But Do Not Count Me Out. I'm a Fighter. GOD Bless."

Angle had recently been re-tweeting several messages from fans about matches from his WWE run, prompting some to believe that he wanted to go back to WWE. Angle responded to those rumors, writing, "To All, I Loved My Run In WWE. But I'm Happy in TNA. For Personal Reasons. I thank All Of U for Backing Me Up. GOD Bless. Both Co.s' R Great"
