Miss USA Rima Fakih Reaches Plea Deal, Wacky WCW Photos, More

– Miss USA and Tough Enough contestant Rima Fakih reached a plea deal with Michigan prosecutors in her DUI case Wednesday morning, hours before she was due to stand trial for her arrest on December 3, 2011 in Detroit, Michigan.

TMZ.com reports that Fakih pled no contest to misdemeanor driving while visibly impaired and prosecutors agreed to drop the more serious charge of operating while intoxicated. Sentencing is scheduled for May 9, 2012. She faces up to 93 days in jail.

Authorities say Fakih was disoriented and was slurring her speech after she was pulled over for speeding and weaving through traffic in December. Her blood alcohol level was more than twice the legal limit and she had a half-empty bottle of wine on the floorboard behind the driver's seat.

Fakih was on hand for numerous WrestleMania events in Miami, Florida two weeks ago, prompting speculation that she signed a contract with WWE. She later confirmed to German celebrity gossip website Promiflash.de that she has plans to wrestle for the sports entertainment organization.
